Browser issues with flash

Some installs of Firefox don't like playing flash videos very much, this is due to an internal setting, (Internet Explorer and Google Chrome don't have the same problem).  If you are having issues with the playback stalling then you can download the videos in a zip file from here.
You might want to do that anyway given that the quality is better.
